Note:
this is know as beej(gupth) mantra which means it should be prounounced correctly and should not be voiced loudly, you should do it underneath your breath. The reason being that these mantras changes you from within and when u say the mantra undreneath your breath than you are concentrating even harder and in 40 days things will start changing from within. Depending on the beej mantra and your personal reasons for the mantra it will cause changes. Gupt mantras must be proununced correctly in order for them to have an impact otherwise it can cause negative impact as well.
