Morning Jumpstart Smoothie


This smoothie recipe is a great start to any morning.





2 large oranges


1 red grapefruit





6 frozen strawberries




1/2 banana


Squeeze the juice from the oranges and grapefruit either through a juicer or by hand.

Put the juice in a blender and blend with the strawberries and banana until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately.
