I had very bad experience with this company. I ordered 4day seranade for my valentine

first day my valentine did not get what i have ordered when i complained about it they apologized about it and they didn't fix it in the next order.

Second day was delivery of tie, belt, pen, wallet
the product was below average my family in india were rediculing me for my gifts. They said the thought was good but the quality was very poor

third day was pasteries and mountain dew
so pasteries were very tasty and 4 cans of mountain dew were delivered with 2 generic ballons. When i complained about it their excuse was that they ran out of red ballons.

for my complaining they did not deliver on the valentienes day. My valentine did not receive flowers and cake on valentines day and i was very hurt.

Total i paid was 104 dollars and i did not get what i paid for at all. I didn't even get my last day serande just because i complained about their services.

SO if u don't want headaces, bad service, bad products, tears, agony, diappointment, and just bad taste in mouth i don't advice you to order from this online company

I WOULD RATE THIS SITE -2 BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CRITISIM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FLOWERS AND CAKE ON VALENTIENS DAY, JUST BECAUSE I COMPLAINED TO THEM MY VALENTINE DAY WAS RUINED
