Spicy Apple Carrot Juice

1 Fennel bulb

1 Red Pepper
4 Medium carrots
2 Apples

Wash the fennel bulb thoroughly and cut off the root end of the bulb (looks much like a green onion). Cut the bulb into quarters to prepare for juicing.

Core and de-seed the pepper, cut the apples into quarters.

Run each ingredient through the juicer and serve in a chilled glass. Serve fresh juice immediately.
