Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread IN BREADMAKER

US system:

INGREDIENTS: 4 SERVINGS
  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
INGREDIENTS: 12 SERVINGS
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  2. Select Whole Wheat or Basic Bread setting. Press Start.

  • 6 g active dry yeast
  • 360 g whole wheat flour
  • 9 g salt
  • 20 g white sugar
  • 10 g nonfat dry milk powder
  • 20 g margarine
  • 295 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  2. Select Whole Wheat or Basic Bread setting. Press Start.
