4-5 medium size carrots
3 stalks of celery (you can add the leaves if you want)
1/4 head, small cabbage, cut into sections to fit the juicer
1/4 organic lemon (peel lemon if not organic, optional)
Cut the green tops of the carrots and scrub without peeling. Wash the celery and the cabbage before placing it in the juicer along with the carrots. Add lemon if you want. Stir the juice and pour into glass.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
